How to look up 4-digit discriminator code when account locked?

Hello I received an email from customer support regarding my account lock, but it asked me for my 4-digit discriminator code. I have no idea what it is, and I cannot log in even on the website to check any details of my account because of my account lock, how exactly am I supposed to get this?
